We gather this basic information so we can then provide you with a rough estimate.
This will give you an approximate estimate on price, we find doing this means you know roughly where our prices will be before we ever come out – so there are no nasty surprises!
If you are happy with your online estimate we will then arrange to come out, measure up / survey your bathroom and ensure its possible to deliver the bathroom design you want. We cover all of county Durham and will visit at a day and time that is convenient for you.
During our visit we will discuss bathroom furniture such as vanity units, taps, towel warmers, cladding or tile choices etc – we will then use this information to finalise your quotation.
We NEVER try and sell you something in your front room or kitchen! We will never pressure you, in fact we take all the information away and simply email you your final quote. No hassle, no pressure.

If you decide to move forward with your bathroom we will look at fitting dates and schedule you in.
